Return, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation

We have a Return, Refund and Exchange as governed by the Local store that is supplying the product. This entitles our customers to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality of the product.

Return

You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange

For some reason if the items that is delivered to you is not the one as you ordered. You can apply the exchange within maximum 3 days of the delivery. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item. If your exchange is approved, we will initiate the exchange and in that case the shipping cost will be reimbursed to you and will be deducted from the seller’s account.

Refund

This is applicable where the payment is made by the customer in advance. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5 days depending upon the payment method adopted.

Cancellation

You as a customer can cancel your order within 15 minute of placing the order directly with the seller or by calling our customer service 03137979999. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

You Agree and Confirm

• That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by DigiDokaan for redelivery shall be claimed from you.
• That you will use the services provided by the Site, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the Site.
• You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. DigiDokaan reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), it has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the Services and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
• That you are accessing the services available on this Site and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Site.
• That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.

All the products listed on the Site will be sold at maximum retail price (MRP) unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but some of the commodities and fresh food prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery not additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.
