This trip is scheduled keeping these issues in consideration. However changes in the trip itinerary are expected in case of any unavoidable circumstances. 2 -- All the members must take care that they are not involved in any character failing activity during trip. 3 -- Participants cannot bring any kind of explosive material or weapon with them. 4 -- Participants must take care about other participants' respect, anyone found guilty in this regard will be immediately dropped from the rest of the trip. 5 -- In case of any unwanted weather condition, landslide or any natural disaster, the greenland adventures and tours management will decide the possible step to be taken. 6 -- If due to some political issues or any other unwanted situation, the trip is cancelled before departure, then all participants will be paid back 80% of the total dues. 7 -- 80% deduction on total amount or full initial deposit deduction, if anyone cancels their booking in last two days before departure. 8 -- For any unwanted situation caused by the participants, organizers will not be held responsible and will not be held accused in any case. 9 -- In case of theft, loss or damage to the personal belongings of the participant during the trip, organizers will not be held responsible in any case. 10 -- On adventure trek of this type, weather, local politics, transport or multitude of other factors beyond the control of organizers can result in the change of itinerary. It is however very unlikely that the itinerary would be substantially altered; if alterations are necessary the leader and the guide will decide what is the best alternative, taking into consideration the best interests of the whole group. 11 -- Please bring National Identity Card / B Form with you (MANDATORY). Every humanly possible care will be taken for the safety of the members, still each venture can be fraught with endangers of unforeseen natural disasters like avalanche and crevasse falls or any other accidents for sometimes such disasters cannot be ruled out. In any such type of accident during the whole tour, the company, group leader and the tour organizers will not be held responsible in any form.
